Don Rooke and Jeremy Bellaviti
The broom, plunger and socket session
Don Rooke and Jeremy Bellaviti are Toronto guitarists who have played together for several years, including a weekly gig as the band Noisy Porkers, and a tour of Italy as the duo heard here. Rooke, leader of the band The Henrys, plays acoustic lap-style Hawaiian guitar. Bellaviti plays the steel string acoustic guitar. This recording, done live in a home studio especially for RootsWorld, is a combination of songs by Rooke from his discs "Atlas Travel" and "Joyous Porous" and improvised duets.
